At Al Zahara Luxe, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as underwear) may not be eligible for return if opened or worn.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at alzaharaluxe@gmail.com.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and any opened hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned.
